Shipping policy

At TURBO AIRMAXX, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered promptly. All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status. Delivery times may vary depending  on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in standard processing or delivery times. NLG Smart Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
